The Nike Air Max SNDR WMNS 'Obscura' is inspired by the darkness of Nordic winters. The upper's zip-up shroud is made with breathable snowy white textile, decorated with reflective graphics mimicking solar particles. The reflective panels on the off-white mudguard help give the shoe its futuristic 90s edge, with a metallic mini Swoosh placed on the lateral side of the upper. The blacked-out midsole continues the Nordic winter theme and features Air cushioning in the forefoot and heel, while the outsole features the SNDR's uniquely rugged rubber lugs.
