Australian label Song for the Mute reimagines the 70s adidas Country model with a new modernist aproach. Drawing from a nostalgia for futuristic 90s fashion designs, creative director Lana Ty covers the classic runner in a black nylon upper. Fuzzy white stripes sit on the later side, with brown canvas stripes on the medial. Brown leather overlays appear on the toe and heel, with SFTM x adidas co-branding on the padded tongue. The laces also add to the outdoor look, complete with metallic D-ring eyelets and a toggle lace system. The midsole comes in a solid wedge of foam cushioning, with a brow
