New Balance's DIY series from Yue Wu continues with the 2002R Protection Pack Purple. The upper is made with breathable grey mesh, with deep purples and lighter lilacs on the rugged premium pig suede panels. Purple 'N' logos are found on the sides, with exposed yellows found in the tongue’s exposed padding and on the heel. All this sits on an ABZORB-SBS midsole, with a pre-worn, faded look added to the purple N-ergy cushioning in the heel, and the black rubber outsole.
