Vans continues its luxury-inspired Souvenir series with the Premium Old Skool 36 Souvenir ‘Navy’, applying a rich maritime palette to the collection’s fashion-forward interpretation of the iconic skate silhouette. The features a pre-distressed navy canvas base paired with matching premium leather overlays, creating a layered tonal foundation that balances heritage skate style with elevated craftsmanship. The deep navy upper is contrasted by the collection’s signature fuzzy, multicoloured bouclé fabric Jazz Stripe, which weaves together subtle hits of green, pink and white to add texture and visual depth. Aged detailing across the foxing tape, laces, and sidewalls reinforces the shoe’s intentionally worn-in aesthetic. Built on the Premium Old Skool 36 platform, the silhouette retains the slimmer toe box and vintage proportions of the original Style 36, distinguishing it from the modern Old Skool while preserving its late-1970s character. Decorative souvenir pins attached to the side panels continue the collection’s collectable design language, while upgraded materials and distressed finishes emphasise its premium positioning. Finished with an aged off-white midsole and classic gum waffle outsole, the ‘Navy’ combines rich blue tones with textured multicolour accents, delivering one of the most wearable interpretations of the Souvenir concept.
